# Cauchy matrix

The matrix defining the Cauchy operator $ X ( \theta , \tau ) $ of the system relative to some basis of the space $ \mathbf R ^ {n} $( or $ \mathbf C ^ {n} $) independent of $ \theta $ and $ \tau $.
