Sectional curvature
From Encyclopedia of Mathematics
The Riemannian curvature of a differentiable Riemannian manifold $M$ at a point $p$ in the direction of a two-dimensional plane $\alpha$ (in the direction of the bivector that defines $\alpha$ at $p\in M$).
