An equation of the form
$$f(x_1,\ldots,x_n)=0,\tag{*}$$
where $f$ is a Boolean function in $n$ variables. The set of all solutions of an equation of the form (*) can be described by a system of Boolean functions depending on $n$ arbitrary parameters.
