Talk:Chow ring

This page should be updated and improved. First of all, the kind of scheme $X$ for which the Chow groups and the intersection product can be defined should be clarified. The modern definition can be found in the book of Fulton "Intersection theory".

Equivariant Chow groups, following Totaro, and Eddidin and Graham should be mentioned.

Maybe a page called "oriented cohomology theory" could be defined, and mentioned on this page, since Chow groups form an oriented cohomology theory. --Baptiste Calmes 23:46, 23 April 2012 (CEST)
