Normal dynamical system

From Encyclopedia of Mathematics
Jump to: navigation, search

The same as a stationary Gaussian process (in the narrow sense), regarded as a dynamical system.

In the 1940s and 1950s this was sometimes used for dynamical systems (measurable flows and cascades) in a Lebesgue space (the latter at the time was called a normal space with a measure).
