Should we separate Lusin-N-Property and Banach-S-property? --Nikita2 (talk) 10:46, 26 November 2012 (CET)

Item 1 assumptions must be sharpened, certainly piecewise continuous functions are f'=0 almost everywhere, but they have Luzin property N.

Probably you mean "piecewise constant"? I guess, f should be continuous, but I am not sure.
