A biholomorphic mapping of a domain $D$ of a space $\mathbf C^n$ onto a domain $D'\subset\mathbf C^n$ when $n>1$. The name is connected with the fact that when $n>1$ this mapping is not, generally speaking, a conformal mapping.

Comments

This terminology is quite uncommon in the English literature. See Biholomorphic mapping for further information and references.
